Results of invivo efficacy study of orthopedic ovarian cancer |

Protocol: (i) human ovarian Skov3 tumor cells injected into nude mice (ii) tumor establishment for 10 days followed by (iii) Sphingomab™ treatment for 4 weeks and then (iv) imaging by MRI. Results: All control mice all had large tumors. 40% of treated mice had no tumors, and the remaining all had small tumors. (see chart for MRI pictures)
